Cox has two of the top-rated stations in Atlanta, in the latest Eastlan Ratings released Thursday, September 3.
Classic Hits WSRV, The River, tied with news and talk WSB/WSBB for first place. Urban One’s R&B-formatted WAMJ/WUMJ stayed just above Audacy’s Hip Hop WVEE at 3rd and 4th, respectively. Cox’s R&B WALR Kiss 104.1 tied with WVEE at 4th.
Cumulus’ CHR WWWQ. iHeart’s Hip Hop WRDG and Cox’s Hot AC WSB saw slight growth in July, while Country WUBL, WALR, and Gospel WPZE dipped slightly.
Despite upheaval this past month, Cumulus-owned Alternative WNNX gained slightly in the ratings. Sports WZGC, both K-Love stations, and Country WKHX stabilized in July.
